We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, unworn or unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tag and seals intact. If the item was a gift, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Beauty Product Return or Exchange Policy:

Unopened/unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened / Gently used items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Robes Product Return or Exchange Policy:

We have a 30-day store credit policy on robes.  Please consult our size chart before ordering.  For damage or defective item contact us, tell us what went wrong, send along a pic.

***Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.*** 

Since we offer free shipping the majority of the times, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver after the item is received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, robes, personal products (intimate accessories, underwear, bras etc.).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We offer standard free shipping and handling every day on U.S. orders over $99* when shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping & handling offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO, and International orders. In the summertime or during hotter weather, our Whipped Body Butters are excluded from the free offer as they have to be shipped in cold insulated packaging  so they would not melt. 

Most orders ship within 2-5 business days after you placed your order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Your final shipping cost will be available to you during checkout. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service, etc. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. However, you will be notified when your order has shipped out so you can track it.  

 International: We ship most items within 2-4 business days after you place your order. The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination and the shipping option selected when you place your order. Each option has a different average delivery time.
